Can I get a refund?

The two cases where Subi refunds a charge, and how to ask for it.

Subscription fees, usage charges and one-time payments are final once processed, except in the two cases below and where local law says otherwise.

Within your first 30 days

If you are a new Subi customer you can cancel for any reason within 30 calendar days of your first purchase and get a full refund of what you paid for that period. Email [email protected] from the address on your Subi account, with your Shopify store URL and your invoice number, before the 30th day ends.

If nobody subscribed for three months

If your store records zero active subscribers through Subi for three continuous months, you can ask for the subscription fees you paid for those same three months back. This can be used once per merchant account. Email [email protected] within 30 days of the end of that period, with your store URL and invoice numbers.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If your plan included a free trial and you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.
