If you want to know exactly what Subi has charged your store, and for which subscription orders, open Settings → Subi billing in your Subi admin. Below your plan details you will find a Charge history card that lists every charge Subi has collected from your store, one row per charge, with its date, description, billing cycle and amount.
Where to find your charge history
In your Subi admin, open Settings, then Subi billing. The page has two cards:
Plan details — your plan, its transaction fee, last month's SMS usage, any feature add-ons you have purchased, and the total.
Charge history — the individual charges Subi has collected, newest first.
The Charge history card only appears once Subi has collected at least one charge from your store. If your store has never been charged, the page shows Plan details on its own — nothing is missing.
Reading the Plan details card
Directly under the Plan details title, a notice tells you the amount and date of your next payment — for example Your next payment of $119.00 is scheduled for September 15, 2026. You can dismiss this notice; it comes back when your next billing date changes, so you always see the upcoming payment.
Below it, one section lists your Monthly Subscription (the plan price, in USD per month), your Transaction Fee (applied to each subscription order, shown as last month's total) and SMS (last month's SMS usage). If you have purchased feature add-ons, they appear under Feature add-ons with an Active badge beside each name. The grey Total band at the bottom sums your subscription and add-ons plus last month's usage.
Reading the Charge history card
Each row in the Charge history table is one charge Subi collected, with four columns:
Date — the day the charge was collected.
Description — what the charge was for. Most rows read Transaction fee for a subscription order (the per-order transaction fee on a renewal) or Transaction fee for a new subscription's first order (the fee on the first order of a newly created subscription).
Billing cycle — the plan billing period the charge belongs to, shown as a date range such as Aug 15 – Sep 14, 2026.
Amount — the charge in USD.
The table shows six charges per page. Use the previous and next arrows at the bottom of the card to move between pages. By default the newest charge is at the top.
Finding a specific charge
The bar above the table has a Search charges box and a sort control. You can sort by Date or by Amount, ascending or descending, to bring the charges you are looking for to the top. If a search matches nothing, the table shows No charges match your search — clear the search to see every charge again.
What the card does not show
Your monthly plan price is not a row in the table. It stays in the Plan details card above, together with your next payment date.
Only charges Subi actually collected are listed. The card does not show an outstanding balance or refunds.
There is no export from this card at the moment.
All Subi charges are billed through Shopify, so every charge you see here also appears on your Shopify invoice.
If your store is on the Free plan
On the Free plan, Settings → Subi billing shows a plan chooser instead of these cards. Charge history is visible while your store is on a paid plan.
Next steps
Open Settings → Subi billing to review your charges. To understand how transaction fees are calculated for your plan, see Understanding the tier slider on Subi's pricing page. If a charge looks wrong to you, contact our support team with the date and amount and we will check it for you.
