What can I see on the Upcoming tab in Subi Analytics?

The Upcoming tab in Subi Analytics forecasts revenue and units from scheduled subscription orders over a future window, 30 days by default.

The Upcoming tab lives inside Analytics in your Subi admin, in the tab bar next to Overview, Revenue, Subscribers and Contracts (and Reports, when reports are enabled for your store). Unlike the other tabs, which look back at what already happened, Upcoming looks forward: it forecasts what your already-scheduled subscription orders will bring in over the coming days. This article explains the two cards on the tab and how its date picker differs from the other tabs.

Choosing the window

The Upcoming tab opens on the next 30 days. Its date-range picker only offers future windows: the presets are Next 7 days, Next 30 days, Next 60 days, Next 90 days and Next 365 days, and you can also pick a custom future range or switch to a Rolling window that moves forward every day. There is no Compare to control and no Group by control on this tab: a forecast has no past period to compare against, and both charts are always plotted day by day.

What's on this tab

  • Projected revenue — a day-by-day forecast of revenue from subscription orders already scheduled to bill in the selected window, in your store's currency. The headline is the total for the window. A product dropdown in the card's header (All products by default) narrows the forecast to a single product.

  • Products to fulfill — a day-by-day forecast of the units those scheduled orders contain. The headline reads as a unit count, for example "120 units", for the whole window. This card has no product filter of its own.

Both numbers come from orders that are already on the calendar — contracts that will renew or bill in the coming days — not from a prediction based on trends. If a customer cancels or pauses before their next billing date, that order drops out of the forecast the next time the analytics data refreshes.

When nothing is scheduled

If no subscription orders are scheduled in the window you picked, the card's headline shows a dash and the chart area reads No data available for selected period with the hint Try selecting a different date range. A wider window, such as Next 90 days, is the usual fix. If a card fails to load, it shows an error with a retry action and the message Your store data is unaffected. Try again in a moment., and the other card keeps rendering.

Cards from the original design that aren't here

The design for this tab included several more cards — Scheduled Orders, Upcoming Renewals, At-Risk Renewals, Fulfillment Capacity, Delivery Timeline and an upcoming-orders table. None of those shipped: the data behind them does not exist in Subi's analytics warehouse yet, so they could not be built with real numbers. Only the two forecast cards that have a real, existing data source shipped. A summary of the next 30 days — scheduled orders, projected revenue and products to fulfill — is also shown in the Next 30 days block on the Overview tab.

Which plan this is on

The Upcoming tab is available wherever Analytics is available for your store — it isn't gated behind a separate plan or add-on.
