You can see every loyalty member's points balance directly inside Subi. Open the Loyalty Program page and switch to the Members tab: it lists each customer who has earned points, with their current balance, how many points they have earned and redeemed over time, and when they were last active. You no longer need to open each customer in Shopify one by one to check a balance.
Where to find the Members tab
In your Subi admin, open Retention and click the Loyalty program tile (the button reads Manage rewards).
On the Loyalty Program page, click the Members tab, next to Configuration.
If the Members tab is greyed out, your current plan does not include loyalty management, and the same applies to the other loyalty tabs.
What each column shows
Customer shows the member's name with their email address underneath. If the customer has a subscription with you, the name is a link that opens their subscription contract in Subi. Members without a subscription show the name as plain text.
Points balance is what the customer can spend right now. If some of their points are still pending, you will see a second line such as 100 pts pending under the balance. Pending points are not part of the balance until they confirm.
Lifetime earned is every point ever added to this balance, from any earn method or a positive adjustment you made. Pending points are not included until they confirm.
Lifetime redeemed is the total the customer has spent on rewards, counted once each redemption is confirmed.
Last activity is the date of the customer's most recent points activity. A dash means there has been no activity yet.
Hover over the small info icon next to Lifetime earned or Lifetime redeemed to see this explanation inside the app as well.
Why lifetime earned minus lifetime redeemed is not the balance
Points removed by a cancelled order or by a negative adjustment are counted in neither the earned nor the redeemed column, so earned minus redeemed will not always equal the balance. The Points balance column is always the customer's real, current total.
Worked example: a customer earned 800 points in total, redeemed 300 on a reward, and later had 100 points removed when an order was cancelled. Their row shows Lifetime earned 800, Lifetime redeemed 300, and Points balance 400.
Finding a specific customer
Use the search field at the top of the list, labelled Search members by name or email. Matching is not case-sensitive and works on part of a name or email address. The list always starts from the first page when you search, so you see the best matches first.
Members are sorted with the highest balance first, and the list shows ten members per page. Use the arrows at the bottom of the table to move between pages.
Opening the customer in Shopify
Each row has a … menu with View customer in Shopify. It opens that customer's page in your Shopify admin in a new browser tab, where the Subi block shows the same points balance and pending points.
Changing a customer's points
The Members tab is for viewing balances only. To add or remove points for a customer, open them in Shopify and use Edit Points in the Subi block on their customer page, as described in How to Set Up a Loyalty Program in Subi under "Adjusting Customer Points".
If the list is empty
A brand-new program shows No loyalty members yet until the first customer earns points. If a search shows No members match your search, try a different name or email address, or clear the search to see the full list again.
