What are SMS notifications in Subi?
SMS notifications automatically send text messages to customers for events such as:
Upcoming order reminders
Payment confirmations or failures
Subscription renewals or cancellations
These alerts help reduce missed payments and improve customer engagement.
How to enable SMS notifications
To activate SMS notifications:
Go to Subi dashboard > Settings > Notifications > SMS
In the SMS Notifications section, you’ll see a list of available notification types.

Subscription Resumed: An email is sent when the subscription is resumed.
Subscription Paused: An email is sent when the subscription is paused.
Subscription Expired: An email is sent when the subscription expires.
