How can I bulk‑add products or collections to my Subscribe & Save plan?

Overview

This guide shows you how to bulk add your products or specific collections to a Subscribe & Save plan in just a few clicks.

To bulk‑add all products to your Subscribe & Save plan:

Go to the Plans tab in your Subi dashboard.
Click Create Plan and select Subscribe & Save or Edit an existing Subscribe & Save plan.
In the Applies to section, choose All Products.
(Optional) Enable Automatically include future products so new items are added automatically.
(Optional) Select I need to exclude some products, then click Browse and select items you want to exclude.
Click Save to apply—Subi will process the request and show a banner while updating.
Once done, you'll get an email confirmation and the banner disappears.

To bulk‑add products from specific collections to your Subscribe & Save plan:

Go to the Plans tab in your Subi dashboard.
Click Create Plan and select Subscribe & Save or Edit an existing Subscribe & Save plan.
In Applies to, select Specific Collections.
Click Browse, choose one or multiple collections, then click Add.
Save the plan—Subi applies your selections.

To include new products automatically as they’re added:

If applying to All Products, simply check the box labeled Any future products will automatically be included in this plan.
If using Specific Collections, new items added to those collections will also be included.
To exclude specific items even then, enable exclusion and deselect them manually.

Use collections for better organization: Especially helpful if your product catalog is large.
Turn on future‑product inclusion: Saves you time as your store adds more items over time.
Review your plans regularly: Ensure your Subscribe & Save plans still align with your product strategy.

All‑products setup: You select All Products for your Subscribe & Save plan, enable future inclusion, and save. Now every product (including new ones) automatically becomes available to subscribers.
Collection‑specific setup: Suppose you want only skincare collections in your Subscribe & Save plan—choose those collections and save. New items added to those collections are included automatically unless you manually exclude them.

Head to your Subscribe & Save Plans tab and try adding products in bulk.
