You can easily add all your products to a subscription plan at once or select entire collections in just a few clicks.
Adding All Products to a Subscription Plan
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Subscription Plans tab in your Subi dashboard.
Click on Create Subscription Plan or Edit an existing plan.
In the Applies to section, select All Products from the dropdown.
(Optional) Check the box for Automatically include future products if you want all new products to be part of the subscription plan automatically.
(Optional) Check I need to exclude some products if there are specific items you do not want in the subscription. Click on Browse and select the products to exclude from the list.
Click Save to apply your changes.
If you have a large number of products in your store, this process may take a few minutes to complete. During this time, you will see a banner indicating that changes are being processed. You won’t be able to make edits until the process is fully completed. Once done, you will receive an email notification confirming the update and the banner will be removed.
Adding Products by Collection
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to the Subscription Plans tab.
Click on Create Subscription Plan or Edit an existing plan.
In the Applies to section, select Specific Collections from the dropdown.
Click Browse to open the collection selection panel.
Select one or multiple collections to include in the plan.
Click Add and then Save the subscription plan.
Managing Future Products Automatically
If you want to make sure all new products are included in your subscription plan without any manual work, you can enable the automatic inclusion feature.
How to Enable This Feature
When selecting All Products, check the box labeled “Any future products will automatically be included in this plan.”
If selecting Specific Collections, newly added products to these collections will be automatically included in the subscription plan.
If you need to exclude specific products, check the relevant box and manually deselect the products you don’t want in the subscription.
This way, you can ensure your subscription offerings stay updated as your store grows while maintaining control over what gets included.
