Wait for Installation | Ensure you've waited at least 1 minute after enabling the Subify App Embed for the widget to appear. |
Product Added to Subscription Plan | Verify that the product is included in an active subscription plan in Subify. |
Product Published | Make sure the product is not in draft mode and is available for purchase. |
App Embed Enabled | Confirm that the Subify App Embed is turned on in your Shopify theme settings. |

✅ Did You Wait Long Enough for Installation?
It can take up to 1 minute for the widget to appear after enabling the app embed. Allow some time for it to install before checking further.
✅ Is the Product Added to a Subscription Plan?
Check that the product is correctly added to a subscription plan within Subi. Ensure that the product is part of an active subscription plan.
✅ Are Your Products Published (Not in Draft Mode)?
Check that the product you're trying to display the subscription widget for is not in draft mode.
Go to Shopify Admin > Products.
Ensure the product is published and available for purchase, not in Draft Mode.
✅ Is the Subi App Embed Enabled?
Ensure that the Subify App Embed is turned on in your Shopify theme settings. The widget relies on this to function properly.
Go to Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes.
Click Customize next to your live theme.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to App Embed and ensure that Subify App Embed is enabled.
✅ Have You Changed Your Theme?
While the widget typically requires a published theme to be visible to customers, this isn’t always the case for testing. In Shopify, App Embeds are managed separately for each theme, meaning you can enable the Subify app embed on any theme, whether it’s published or not.
You can preview the widget on a draft theme by ensuring the app embed is turned on for that specific theme.
✅ Ensure There Are No Conflicts with Other Apps
Sometimes other may conflict with the Subi widget. Examples applications can be:
Other subscription Apps
Bundle Apps
