Subi recommends a few partner apps: apps made by other companies that work with Subi. You can find them in two places, on your Subi Home page and in answers from Subi AI.
Where do I see the recommended apps on Home?
The Recommended apps card is the last section of your Subi Home page. It shows each partner app with its icon, name, a short description and an Install button. Install opens the app's page in a new tab, where you can install it in your Shopify store. To browse every app that works with Subi, select See all partner apps, which opens Settings > Integrations.
The recommended partner apps today are Notify! Back in Stock (back-in-stock alerts), Sales Pop up - ToastiBar (sales pop-ups) and Trustoo.io (product reviews).
How do I hide or fold the Recommended apps card?
To fold the card so only its title shows, select the arrow at the top right of the card. Select the arrow again to unfold it. To hide the card for good, open the … menu next to the arrow and select Dismiss. Subi remembers both choices for your store.
Why do I still see an app I already installed?
The card keeps showing a partner app after you install it, because Subi cannot see which other apps are installed in your store. If you no longer need the card, dismiss it from the … menu.
How does Subi AI suggest partner apps?
When you ask Subi AI about something one of these apps does, for example "How can I get more reviews from my subscribers?", Subi AI answers your question and suggests the matching partner app. Below the answer you see a card with the app's name, what it does and an Install button. Ask "Which apps work well with Subi?" to see all of them at once. Subi AI suggests a partner app only when your question is about what that app does.
Is Klaviyo a partner app?
No. Klaviyo is an integration built into Subi, not a partner app, so it is not listed in Recommended apps. You connect it in Settings > Integrations.
