Merchant and Subscribers' notifications you can enable in Subi.

In Subi, you can enable different email notifications sent to you and your customers about their subscriptions/memberships on your store.

All the Subi notifications can be managed from the Subi app > Settings > Notification.

Subscription activation emails in Subi

Customer Notifications :

When the Customer activated subscription notification is enabled in Subi Settings, your customers will get an email from Subi when they subscribe to a product on your store. Through this email, subscribers have access to the Subi Customer Portal by clicking on the "Manage subscriptions" button:

Merchant Notifications:

When the Subscription activated notification is enabled in Subi Settings, you will be notified by email about every new subscriber on your store:


Failed Payment Notifications

Subi automatically sends an email to both the shop owner and the customer when a payment fails after a certain number of tries. You can enable this email for both you and your customer. Here is the structure of the email:
